Who are we?
Broadway Living is a developer of quality, desirable homes in the London Borough of Ealing. We also own properties which we rent out, acting as landlord in this instance and sell properties under our brand name but on behalf of the London Borough of Ealing (“Ealing Council”). We are wholly owned by Ealing Council. Broadway Living is a company registered in England (no 8961320). The registered address is 4th Floor, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, W5 2HL.

Where we are working on behalf of the Council, we will be required in certain circumstances to share your data with them. For example, we will pass relevant details to the Council for the purpose of the Council administering Council tax. Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf:
We may pass/allow access to your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services on our behalf (for example to send you the requested mailings; to deliver property management services to you; to provide sales and marketing services for our properties and projects).
